About the role
The Sales Administrator will support the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and in-home Sales Consultants by providing administrative support in all areas of onboarding new customer files. They will also create and maintain specialized reports, records, and files required in connection with department work processes.
Responsibilities
- Intake all new sales and fully audit sales paperwork and pricing according to standard operation procedure.
- Complete “welcome call” to customers after auditing, ensuring all customer information has been accurately entered into CRM and all documents and signatures have been collected.
- Collect and compile a weekly list of completed jobs and photos to maintain a “before and after” portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience using SalesForce CRM and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with an emphasis in problem resolution.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or administrative role.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
