Sales Admin

About the role
As a Sales Admin, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and delivering an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors or calls in. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on staying organized, talking to people all day, and keeping a lot of moving pieces on track.
- Staying Organized – You keep track of quotes, orders, and follow-ups without anything slipping through the cracks.
- Communicating Clearly – You'll talk to customers on the phone and in person all day, plus coordinate with our sales and install teams.
- Caring About the Customer Experience – You'll be the first point of contact for walk-ins and phone calls. Your ability to listen, understand, and respond thoughtfully is key.
- Learning Fast – No appliance industry experience required, but you'll need to pick up our product lineup, pricing, and sales system quickly.
Responsibilities
- Handle routine quoting, order entry, and follow-up in our sales system (HUB), so our sales reps can focus on complex, high-touch deals.
- Confirm order details, emails, and phone numbers directly with customers.
- Learn our full stock-menu product lineup and pricing.
- Handle walk-in customers on the showroom floor and screen incoming phone calls.
- Talk with customers about our products — which brands we stand behind, which we steer away from, and why.
- Ensure every customer is informed, prepared, and confident in our service.
- Help manage scheduling across multiple install routes.
- Keep sales tickets organized and moving — nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
- Good customer service experience preferred — retail, hospitality, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize on the fly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication — clear, respectful, and professional.
- Confident using technology and comfortable learning a sales software system (HUB), with training provided.
- No appliance industry experience required.
- Monday–Friday availability, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Pay
Competitive pay starting at $28 - $32 per hour based on experience, plus manufacturer spiffs once you're selling.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
