Role

Sales Admin
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location: Jacksonville, FL

Details

  • Clock schedules and training for sales team
  • Maintain supply of sales presentation materials, including slides, and brochures
  • Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers. Track quotas and goals of sales team members
  • Coincide with finance team to verify timely invoicing, accounts receivable tasks, and collections
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, customers, and administrative processes. Work with other departments to coordinate marketing, research, design, and financing to optimize sales
  • Coincide project booking for sales team
  • Support integration and consistent activity with CRM pipeline software

Top Must-Haves

  • Construction or industry experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Basic CRM experience (any will do)
  • MS office (word, excel, PP)
