About the role

A driven, curious, relentless, and relationship-focused problem-solver is needed to join our team as a Sales Account Manager in our Phoenix, AZ location. Our Sales Account Managers are responsible for growing our business with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts.
  • Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory.
  • Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers.
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role within the B2B sales environment and a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • You’re not just driven—you’re self-directed and focused on outcomes. You take initiative, act decisively, and consistently deliver results.
  • You’re a good listener and are curious, with a passion for learning about the customers’ needs, solving problems and winning business.
  • You plan and prepare so you can conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
  • A bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.

Qualifications
