Responsibilities
- System installation of new and renewal Commercial groups and plans, including interpretation and communication of benefits, value adds, billing and eligibility structure, and associated rates.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to ensure groups are properly set up before their effective date.
- Handle audits to ensure proper benefits are set up.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Insurance and/or Healthcare industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience beyond degree (preferred).
- Experience with COSMOS and/or HealthRules (preferred).
- Experience working with both fully insured and self-insured health plans.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
Schedule
This is an Office role, requiring an employee to work onsite an average of 3 days per week. Open to candidates located near Minnetonka, MN, or Madison, WI.
Pay
The full salary grade for this position is $56,600 - $97,000. The typical hiring salary range is expected to be between $56,600 - $84,840. Annual salary placement will depend on factors including education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, scope and responsibility, internal pay equity, and external market salary data.
