Type: Full-time, Remote (with travel)

Location

Coverage territory: Connecticut, Rhode Island, Westchester County (NY), and greater Poughkeepsie area.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare institutions, oncologists, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Understand and communicate AI-based medical tests effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team for sales alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in Oncology/Urology (strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record in healthcare/medical sales (pharmaceutical or AI healthcare).
  • Understanding of cancer diagnostics and treatments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, independent worker.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • CRM experience is an advantage.
