What You Will Do
- Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs
- Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline
- Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
- Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
- Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy
In-Person Expectation (Important)
This role is office-based because it accelerates your development. You are expected to be in the office unless you are:
- Meeting clients
- Visiting sites
- Attending tradeshows or events
- Traveling your territory
- Engaging in revenue-producing activity
Who You Are
- Experience in industrial or technical sales
- Background in generator, electrical, or HVAC industries
- Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical)
- Selling PM contracts or technical services
Compensation
- OTE: $120K–$150K+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses)
