What You Will Do

  • Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs
  • Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline
  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
  • Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy

In-Person Expectation (Important)

This role is office-based because it accelerates your development. You are expected to be in the office unless you are:

  • Meeting clients
  • Visiting sites
  • Attending tradeshows or events
  • Traveling your territory
  • Engaging in revenue-producing activity

Who You Are

  • Experience in industrial or technical sales
  • Background in generator, electrical, or HVAC industries
  • Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical)
  • Selling PM contracts or technical services

Compensation

  • OTE: $120K–$150K+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses)
