About the role

Our Sales Account Executives are responsible for establishing and growing relationships with customers nationwide through outbound phone, email, SMS, and online orders. New hires receive a paid, three-plus-week training program covering all tools needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand customer relationships across the U.S.
• Generate sales via outbound calls, emails, text messages, and online orders.

Requirements

• Prior experience with a firearm distributor or manufacturer representative group is preferred.
• Available to work a five-day schedule that includes Saturday.

Pay

No cap on wages and a minimum wage guarantee of no less than $45,000 in the first year, plus sales incentive programs including commissions, cash awards, and prizes.
