About the role
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our Team to collaborate in driving Joule’s growth within the Scientific and Clinical staffing markets. In this role, you will develop and expand client relationships, open new lines of business, and work closely with hiring leaders to provide high-quality, timely staffing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure projects and staffing needs from targeted clients
- Build and maintain a portfolio of qualified accounts
- Possess strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills
- Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and anticipate upcoming demand
- Deliver electronic, virtual, and phone presentations tailored to client needs
- Develop creative outreach and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in a solutions-driven environment
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
- Strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple clients, maintain a strong pipeline, and consistently meet goals

Pay
Base salary plus commissions
