Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the business development lifecycle within fintech verticals, managing the transition from initial outreach to closed-won status.
- Utilize an existing professional network to accelerate market penetration and build high-value partnerships from day one.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and refine target accounts, ensuring sales efforts are aligned with long-term scaling objectives.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes for $1M+ contracts, ensuring buy-in from technical and compliance decision-makers.
- Cross-functional leadership: coordinate with internal stakeholders—including Engineering, Risk, and Implementation—to facilitate seamless client transitions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product capabilities (Push-to-Card, pay-by-bank, AFT, RTP, etc.) to provide consultative recommendations for diverse use cases.
Requirements
- An established network within the payments/fintech industry
- Enterprise-level sales experience
- Payment infrastructure expertise
