About the role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in the US, based in New York City. This role is focused on new business generation and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Sales prospecting and outbound strategy through calls, emails and social selling, with a clear focus on quality pipeline and results.
- Full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Solution selling focused on business impact and ROI, not just product features.
- Pipeline management, activity tracking and forecasting using Salesforce.
- Closing collaboration with Marketing, Solution Consultant and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Staying close to current events, market trends and competitors to strengthen sales conversations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, in an Account Executive or similar closing role
- Comfortable running outbound activity and proactively building pipeline
- A solution seeker with a strong growth mindset, always looking to learn, test and improve
- Resilient and adaptable, staying calm and focused when priorities change
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
- A natural collaborator who understands how individual work connects to wider business goals
- Fully accountable for results and outcomes
Qualifications
- English speaking
- Other languages are a plus
Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce as CRM
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
- Outbound and enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay and Salesloft
