Sales Account Executive

About the Role

Drive revenue by selling digital solutions to local businesses and managing long-term client relationships. Work as a field-based outside sales professional, meeting clients in person and collaborating with the sales team to grow accounts and hit aggressive targets. Your success directly impacts local business visibility and the growth of the digital sales division.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 10+ businesses per day to assess needs and recommend digital solutions
• Prospect consistently using provided leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Manage a full sales pipeline and close consultative B2B deals
• Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities
• Deliver professional account support and follow-up to ensure client success
• Track performance against weekly sales goals in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2–3 years of field-based business-to-business sales experience
• Proven ability to prospect, present, overcome objections, and close consultative sales
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable using a computer or iPad and managing time independently in the field
• Self-driven, competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling digital advertising, SEO, review management, websites, or related products
• Background in Yellow Pages, TV, radio, Thryv, Dex Media, Aflac, or similar consultative sales environments
• Prior experience managing an existing book of business or inheriting client relationships

Pay

$65,000 - $175,000/year
