This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded GP Training Practice in the Warminster area offering strong continuity of care, a well-structured working day, and genuine flexibility around start and finish times. The practice has invested heavily in reducing GP workload through excellent MDT support, automation, and a total triage model. Home visits are largely handled by Paramedics, paperflow is reduced via GP Assistants, and appointment numbers remain very manageable. Feedback from previously introduced GPs has been excellent.

Workload & Structure

• 6 sessions per week available
• 11 ‘new’ patients per session plus 3 protected continuity slots per session
