About the role

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Food Service Associate to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. This part-time position is eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all job duties with a customer-centric mindset, making customer service the top priority.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating situations when necessary.
• Perform job duties in accordance with all company policies and safety rules.
• Maintain a clean deli area in compliance with state and company health guidelines.
• Produce deli items and operate/maintain deli equipment safely.
• Abide by all food service and health regulations.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food safety (additional training will be provided).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to interact well with coworkers.
• Good organizational skills.

Pay

$15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
