SAILPOINT ENGINEER

About the role
We are seeking an experienced engineer focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and endpoint platforms to join the Enterprise Productivity Solutions (EPS) team within Global Technology & Solutions (GTS). EPS manages the platforms Carlyle’s workforce relies on, including IAM, endpoint management (physical and virtual), Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, Purview, enterprise AI solutions, and other end‑user technology services. The engineer will own implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Entra ID) and endpoint management systems (Intune, Jamf) across Windows, macOS, and iOS, while contributing to broader EPS initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and Entra ID.
- Manage endpoint management solutions including Microsoft Intune and Jamf for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
- Lead digital workplace transformation initiatives and drive process and automation improvements.
- Resolve complex technical issues across the end‑user platform portfolio.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to shape strategy and solution direction in a global, fast‑paced environment.
- Contribute to other EPS workstreams as priorities evolve, supporting a versatile end‑user technology service model.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an engineer working with IAM solutions (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Entra ID).
- Hands‑on expertise with endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf) across Windows, macOS, and iOS.
- Strong background in digital workplace transformation, process automation, and technical issue resolution.
- Ability to work onsite in DC or NYC four days per week.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
