SAH Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on the nursing process.
• Function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care.
• Participate in activities to achieve clinical, financial, and organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing process, social, behavioral, and biological sciences normally acquired via approved nursing program.
• Able to provide age and culturally specific care to the population served.
• Able to analyze data, synthesize and summarize information, and make judgements regarding patient care.

Education

• Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
• MA RN license and BLS required (Some departments require ACLS or PALS).
