Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, concise, and friendly communications delivering high-quality service.
- Utilize time management skills to manage priorities independently and successfully multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activities.
- Advocate for clients, team members, and the product.
- Work effectively independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Monitor and respond to customer technical issues.
- Clearly articulate system functionality through written and oral communication methods.
- Coordinate internal and client project team meetings.
- Schedule and perform year-end upgrades to client environments.
- Speak to basic concepts of debits/credits.
- Easily identify outliers in reviewing financial data.
- Support clients with sub-ledger reconciliation process.
- Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements, including recommendation of alternative applications to achieve similar goals when necessary.
- Conduct training for customer end-users at all levels of the customer’s organization and relate system functionality to customer business requirements.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data.
- Utilize and regularly contribute to team knowledge repository for best practices and lessons learned in the form of knowledge base articles.
- Perform any additional assignments as requested by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred), Business, or MIS (with a foundational understanding of accounting concepts).
- Deep knowledge of the construction industry, including micro-verticals, operational/reporting requirements, and terminology.
- Knowledge of construction-specific payroll requirements.
- At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Consulting and implementing Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Paperless Construction Software.
- Using Sage 100 Contractor in a financial or operational role.
- Maintain relevant Sage Certifications.
- Experience as a client-facing support consultant (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle software delivery or as an end-user during implementation or upgrades (preferred).
- Experience with and ability to perform software updates on Remote Servers.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of client data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Pay
The compensation range for this role is $85,910 to $162,890. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
