About the role

As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive a prompt and positive experience at our Pharmacies. You’ll welcome patients and assist them in picking up their pharmacy orders. This role is for someone who is excited by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and the community, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a true team player willing to help wherever needed.

Albertsons will train you to become a pharmacy technician, offering classes from our pharmacy learning and development team, pharmacy computer system training, and hands-on experience with our teams.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to the Pharmacy and assist with order pickup.
• Support pharmacy operations in a customer-focused, team-oriented environment.
• Engage with patients and fellow associates to create a positive experience.
• Obtain proper licenses as required by local state regulations.
