Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance
- Maintain OSHA and regulatory compliance across the facility
- Manage safety programs, inspections, training, reporting, and documentation
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Cook up safety committees, audits, and compliance activities
- Coordinate contractor safety programs and work permits
- Oversee PPE programs and safety improvement initiatives
- Maintenance & Facility Coordination
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and inspections
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities
- Manage maintenance vendors and contractors
- Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
- Support TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Purchasing & Operations Support
- Manage purchasing of production consumables, PPE, shop supplies, and spare parts
- Create purchase orders and support vendor setup processes
- Review invoices and support vendor management activities
- Identify operational cost savings and process improvements
- Project Management Support
- Capex and facility improvement projects
- Coordinate quotations, vendors, implementation, and startup activities
