A growing food company located near Fort Worth, TX is currently searching for a Safety Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Develop and implement safety training programs
• Conduct regular safety inspections
• Respond to and investigate workplace accidents and incidents
• Work flexible hours including weekends and overtime as needed

Requirements

• 3-4+ years’ experience in a safety position in a large food production facility
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Experience with worker safety training
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and work overtime on short notice
• Willingness to learn and grow to be a leader
