Key Responsibilities

  • Lead safety inspections and document findings.
  • Facilitate safety trainings and toolbox talks.
  • Support incident investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Help update and implement safety policies.
  • Oversee new hire safety orientation.
  • Participate in project and safety meetings.

Required

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • OSHA 30 (Construction or General Industry) certification
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record
  • Field travel flexibility
  • Knowledge of safety regulations (29 CFR 1910/1926, or similar)

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field
  • Certifications: CSP, ASP, CHST, or similar
  • Construction or heavy civil experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office & safety management software

Physical Requirements

  • Work on active job sites, indoors/outdoors
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; walking, climbing, and kneeling as needed
