  • Analyze safety performance metrics including TRIR, conversion rate, and incident trends to identify risks and compliance gaps; monitor trends to ensure consistency between reported data and actual site conditions.
  • Identify high-risk sites, behaviors, and operational breakdowns through data-driven analysis; support weekly and monthly safety reviews with actionable insights to improve performance and regulatory adherence.
  • Support rollout and execution of corporate safety initiatives; ensure consistent application of safety SOPs, checklists, and training requirements; reinforce adherence to safety policies and compliance standards.
  • Deliver and reinforce safety training using hands-on, behavior-based methods; ensure employees understand and follow required procedures and compliance expectations; maintain training records and promote engagement in safety programs.

  • Knowledge of OSHA standards, workplace safety regulations, and broader safety compliance requirements.
  • Experience with incident investigation and safety reporting.
  • Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, including material handling and dock safety.
  • Familiarity with safety metrics such as TRIR, incident rates, and leading indicators.
  • Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Up to 25% travel required.

Skills
