Essential Functions
- Plans, administers, implements, and coordinates the company’s safety programs to control risks and losses.
- Prepares and conducts safety orientations, trainings, and meetings.
- Responsible for compliance with required training programs and record keeping.
- Coaches employees to meet the expectations with regard to the company safety program.
- Affords assistance in the administration and enforcement of the company's substance abuse program (drug & alcohol policy).
- Maintains liaison with outside organizations to assure information exchange and mutual assistance.
- Conducts and documents safety inspections to ensure compliance with the company’s safety & health program.
- Affords assistance to project teams in safety management and confirms compliance with our safety requirements.
- Attends pre-construction meetings.
- Attends conferences, seminars, and courses to maintain continued awareness of safety programs.

- This position offers a salary range of $73,000 to $91,000 annually.

Required Education, Experience, And Technical Knowledge
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point are required as they will make your start here with us much smoother.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or related field preferred.
- At least 1-3 years of field experience in safety or construction preferred.
