About the role

HazTek Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and policies
• Conduct safety audits and inspections
• Train employees on safety procedures and regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance
• Manage incident reporting and investigation
• Ensure all safety equipment and facilities meet industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 25%
