Safety & Security Supervisor

About the role

Under general direction, supervise and direct security officers to their assigned patrols to protect patrons and property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean, professional workspace and waiting area
• Maintain professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
• Provide excellent customer service with a helpful and friendly attitude
• Generate department schedules that comply with the requirements of the facility and events
• Provide input and generate standard operating procedures, training forms, etc.
• Oversee and obtain feedback with Lead Officers
• Provide training to subordinates
• Recommend disciplinary action for subordinates
• Maintain electronic records of D.A.R.’s, Incident Reports, PM’s, Inspections, etc.
• Generate work orders and upload required documents via web‑based application
• Attend meetings
