Safety Scientist

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous review and analysis of aggregate safety data from various sources
• Identify data or process improvements for signal detection
• Leverage analytics and AI-supported outputs for safety assessments
• Critically review outputs from safety databases and AI tools
• Contribute to the design and improvement of automated safety workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for safety document preparation
• Lead safety signal identification and evaluation from multiple data sources

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in pharmacy, nursing, healthcare or other life sciences or technical fields (MS, PharmD. or PhD)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of pharmacovigilance/safety risk management experience
• Experience working with quantitative or real-world safety data, with signal-detection or benefit-risk analytics preferred
• Familiarity with analytics tools to draft safety documents is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Pay

$164,000 – $225,500 annually
