Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Safety Representative/Manager to join their team in Mesa, Arizona.
Position Summary
The Safety Representative / Manager supports and enforces health and safety programs on assigned construction projects. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture across project teams.
Description / Responsibilities
- Support implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety programs
- Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Affirm OSHA and company safety compliance
- Assist with incident investigations and reporting
- Maintain OSHA logs and safety documentation
- Provide onboarding and safety training
- Track certifications and training records
- Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
- Ensure proper use of PPE
- Collaborate with project teams and leadership
- Promote a safety-first culture
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
- Experience on large-scale or data center projects preferred
- OSHA 30 certification required
- CPR / First Aid certification required
- CHST certification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in fast-paced field environments
