We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented details. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Find out more at www.harder.com." maybe considered navigation? It's a link but not boilerplate; but it's not essential? Might be considered promotional; but we can keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Find out more at www.harder.com." is not exactly those; but could be considered navigation? It's a link to website; maybe we can keep as part of About Harder? But we have no About Harder section unless we include. However we should not create sections with filler. The posting includes a paragraph about Harder Mechanical at start. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a section heading we can use for description of role and company. The initial paragraph describes Harder Mechanical and location, etc. That's substantive. We'll put that under

About the role

with

. Then responsibilities: bullet list of tasks under "What you’ll be doing:" and the list after "Project Safety Professionals at Harder perform the following daily tasks:" We'll combine into

  • . Requirements: The section "What you will need to be successful in this role:" includes bullet-like sentences. We'll put under

    Requirements

    with
    • . Qualifications: The "Education/Experience:" section includes required and nice to have. Could split into Qualifications (required) and Skills (nice to have). But we need to follow headings list: Qualifications, Skills. We'll put required qualifications under

      Qualifications

      with
      • . Nice to have under

        Skills

        with
        • . Benefits: There's a "Benefits" section with bullet list. We'll put under

          Benefits

          with
          • . Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive salary" under Benefits but not specific pay. There's no explicit pay number. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Pay, we have "Competitive salary" which is a statement but not specific number. Is that enough? It says "Competitive salary" - that is a statement about pay. It's not a specific number but it's stating pay is competitive. The rule: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive salary". So we can include Pay section with that statement. However we also have Benefits already includes "Competitive salary" as first bullet. Might duplicate. Better to keep Pay separate with that phrase, and Benefits without that line. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can't lose the Competitive salary statement. We could keep it under Benefits as first bullet, and not create Pay section (since it's already covered). But the rule says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having Pay separate might be thin. Better to keep Competitive salary within Benefits and not create Pay section. However the rule says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state them, but we can still choose not to create a Pay section if we incorporate that info elsewhere. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Pay section and keep Competitive salary in Benefits. Similarly Schedule: we have work schedule details: "Work schedule and hours: 5 days a week, 10 hours per day with a start time of 5:00 a.m. Potential for weekend work and additional required shift coverage based on project needs." That's specific schedule info. So we should include Schedule section. We'll put under

            Schedule

            with

containing that sentence. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "HMC reserves the right to perform a drug screening and background check..." That's legal/EEO? It's about drug screening, background check. Might be considered legal boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove that paragraph about drug screening and background check. Also remove the EEO statement at the end (About Harder... equal opportunity employer). Also remove "This position is salaried. No recruiters. No phone calls, please." That's application instructions? It's not exactly application instructions but could be considered boilerplate. Might be considered part of posting but not essential. The instruction says remove duplicated lines and application instructions. "No recruiters. No phone calls, please." is likely application instruction. So remove. Also remove "Find out more at www.harder.com." maybe considered navigation; we can remove. Now compile. Structure:

Work schedule and hours: 5 days a week, 10 hours per day with a start time of 5:00 a.m. Potential for weekend work and additional required shift coverage based on project needs.

Check we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. We removed boilerplate: EEO, drug screening background check, "No recruiters. No phone calls, please.", "Find out more at www.harder.com.", also the line "This position is salaried." maybe considered boilerplate; we removed. We preserved all substantive info: description, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, schedule. Check we didn't miss any details: The initial paragraph also mentions "At Harder, safety is integral to how we plan, communicate and execute work. This role is ideal for a field focused safety professional who communicates well, stays engaged with crews, and is willing to learn. You do not need to have all safety certifications to be considered; candidates who meet the core requirements and are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Successful projects do not complete themselves. Our team of curious and passionate people build on Harder's reputation every day through their actions." That's substantive; we omitted it inadvertently. We need to include that somewhere. Could add to About the role paragraph after the initial description. Let's incorporate. Update About the role paragraph to include those sentences. Also we missed the line "We offer professional development opportunities, industry-leading benefits, and the chance to work on projects that will change the built environment forever." That's also substantive; we have benefits includes professional development opportunities; we could incorporate that sentence in About the role or Benefits. Already we have "Harder University training and development, as well as other paid professional development opportunities" under Benefits. The line about "chance to work on projects that will change the built environment forever" is also substantive; we could add to About the role or Benefits. Let's add to About the role after the initial description. Thus About the role paragraph will be longer. Let's craft:
