Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc. · Boise, ID · 1 mo ago
On-siteFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: The first paragraph about Harder Mechanical, location, project, role description. Could be "About the role". We'll include. - Responsibilities: The "What you’ll be doing:" list of tasks. Use
  • . - Requirements: The "What you will need to be successful in this role:" list of attributes. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: Education/Experience: 2+ years..., OSHA 30 Construction Certification, proficiency with MS Office. Also "Nice to have:" maybe separate but could be part of Qualifications or Skills. We'll treat Qualifications as required qualifications. - Skills: maybe the "Nice to have:" list could be Skills. Or we could combine. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have many sections already. Could combine Skills into Qualifications? But we need to follow headings list; we can include Skills if there is content. The "Nice to have:" list is specific content, so we can make a Skills section. - Benefits: The "Benefits" block with bullet list. Include. - Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive salary" but no specific number. The rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive salary" but not a number. Is that considered stating pay? It's vague. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive salary" is somewhat placeholder; it's not a specific figure. Likely we should not include Pay section because it's not specific. Similarly Schedule: they gave "Work schedule and hours: 5 days a week, 10 hours per day with a start time of 5:00 a.m. Potential for weekend work and additional required shift coverage based on project needs." That's specific schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content. About the role: The first paragraph: "Harder Mechanical is one of the nation’s largest mechanical contractors with an outstanding reputation for working safely, meeting tough schedules, and delivering quality projects. Based in Portland Oregon, we work primarily in the 11-western states with regional offices in Reno, NV; Phoenix, AZ; Concord, CA; and Salt Lake City, UT. As a Project Safety Professional, you will work on an Advanced Technology project. In this field-based role, you will work directly with project management, field supervision, and craft employees to identify hazards, support safe work planning, and reinforce Harder’s safety expectations." Also later: "At Harder, safety is integral to how we plan, communicate and execute work. This role is ideal for a field focused safety professional who communicates well, stays engaged with crews, and is willing to learn. You do not need to have all safety certifications to be considered; candidates who meet the core requirements and are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Successful projects do not complete themselves. Our team of curious and passionate people build on Harder's reputation every day through their actions. We offer professional development opportunities, industry-leading benefits, and the chance to work on projects that will change the built environment forever. Find out more at www.harder.com." Some of that is more about company and benefits; but we can keep in About the role. But we also have Benefits section separate. Might duplicate. We'll keep About the role focusing on role description, not benefits. We'll extract the role description: first two sentences about Harder, location, project, role. Then maybe the sentence about safety integral etc. We'll keep. Responsibilities: The list after "Project Safety Professionals at Harder perform the following daily tasks:" then each line. We'll put each as

    • . Requirements: The list after "What you will need to be successful in this role:" then bullet-like sentences. We'll put each as
    • . Qualifications: Education/Experience: "2+ years of construction safety experience, craft construction experience with safety responsibilities, or a similar field safety roleOSHA 30 Construction Certification Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint". Note there is missing punctuation; we need to preserve as is. We'll split maybe into separate items? It's a list but not bullet. We'll treat as separate sentences? Could make
      • for each requirement: 2+ years..., OSHA 30 Construction Certification, Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Nice to have (Skills): list after "Nice to have:" then items. We'll make Skills section. Benefits: The block after "Benefits". Items: Competitive salary, Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits – 100% of employee premiums are paid by the company, Generous retirement package includes: 10% retirement contribution made by the company and a company match up to 2% of your annual profit sharing? Actually text: "Generous retirement package includes: 10% retirement contribution made by the company and a company match up to 2% of your annual salaryProfit sharingDiscretionary annual bonusPaid vacation and holidaysHarder University training and development, as well as other paid professional development opportunitiesTeam environment that promotes individual growth". Need to parse. We'll split into items: Competitive salary, Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits – 100% of employee premiums are paid by the company, Generous retirement package includes: 10% retirement contribution made by the company and a company match up to 2% of your annual salary, Profit sharing, Discretionary annual bonus, Paid vacation and holidays, Harder University training and development, as well as other paid professional development opportunities, Team environment that promotes individual growth. Schedule: The sentence: "Work schedule and hours: 5 days a week, 10 hours per day with a start time of 5:00 a.m. Potential for weekend work and additional required shift coverage based on project needs." We'll put as

. We must not include Pay section. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap sections in maybe not required. Just output headings and content. Example:
