About the role
Sentara Careplex Hospital is hiring a Safety Partner for the Emergency Room. This position assists with providing a safe hospital environment conducive to individualized patient care for patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, agitation, impulsiveness, self-harm, or other risk behaviors, enabling patients to maintain or enhance function during their hospital stay.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Required)
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
- Previous healthcare experience (preferred)
