Safety Observer

About the role

The Safety Observer is responsible for ensuring workplace safety protocols are followed and for identifying potential hazards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and report potential hazards to management.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and provide feedback to employees.
• Participate in safety training sessions and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a safety-related role.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay
