Safety Manager

The Role

You’ll be embedded with project teams throughout the full EPC lifecycle—from early planning and engineering through construction, commissioning, and turnover. You’ll help teams think through risk early, organize work deliberately, and adjust as conditions change. Rather than policing problems, you’ll partner with people to solve them.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction safety experience, ideally power focused.
• Experience supporting large, complex projects ($100M+) in dynamic environments.
• Understanding of how safety supports — not slows — execution.
• Certified Health & Safety Technician (CHST) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Construction management or another related field required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Preferred certifications: CSP, OSHA 500.
• First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,000 - $106,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule

This is a project-based role with 100% travel.
