Safety Manager

About the role

The Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines in the workplace. This includes conducting regular safety audits, training employees on safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
• Address and resolve safety concerns and incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall workplace safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
