Safety Manager

About the role

The Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines in the workplace. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, training employees on safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees to educate them on proper safety procedures and practices.
• Address and resolve safety issues promptly, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a safety management role.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry-specific safety standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
