Required Qualifications
- OSHA 510 Certification
- 5+ years of construction safety experience
- Powerhouse Or Power Generation Facility Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Power plant maintenance or outage experience
- Industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Experience supporting contractors in active industrial facilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily safety activities for maintenance operations
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Oversee confined space entry activities and permit compliance
- Support and enforce fall protection programs and elevated work procedures
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Partner with project supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project
