Required Qualifications

• OSHA 510 Certification
• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• Powerhouse Or Power Generation Facility Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Power plant maintenance or outage experience
• Industrial mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience supporting contractors in active industrial facilities
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily safety activities for maintenance operations
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
• Oversee confined space entry activities and permit compliance
• Support and enforce fall protection programs and elevated work procedures
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Partner with project supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project
