About the role
The Safety Manager supervises safety protocols for our construction projects.
Requirements
- Prior safety experience of at least 5 years
- OSHA 510/500 certification
- Safety construction experience
- Strong knowledge of safety in construction
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Able to direct the team with clear & concise direction
- Reliable, self-motivated, professional
- Valid Driver License
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise safety protocols at projects
- Team player
- Demonstrate & lead with company core values
- Provide training and guidance to team members on proper repair techniques and safety protocols
- Travel overnight as responsibilities require
- All other tasks as assigned
