Safety Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of project managers in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for managing project risks and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers in delivering construction projects
• Manage project risks and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Oversee project budgets and financial management
• Ensure safety standards are met on all projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
