Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducting project safety inspections and orientations.
• Safety training as requested/required.
• Observation and monitoring of worksite employees and safety practices.
• Complete document reviews, contractor correspondence, and document management.
• Communicating safety standards between trades, GC and sub-contractors

About the role

Charles Taylor Safety Solutions is seeking a Safety Manager in Columbus, OH. 1099 Contract position without per-diem. Project details: 40-55 hours/week M-Sat Working on-site with our client overseeing installments of fire alarm systems. BCSP certifications are required for this project. At least 5 years of Safety Management experience overseeing large commercial construction work.

• Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, construction-related environment.

Pay

Pay Range: $42 - $48 per hour
