Safety Manager

About the role

The Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. They will conduct regular safety inspections, provide training to employees, and address any safety concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and document findings
• Develop and implement safety training programs
• Address and resolve safety issues in a timely manner
• Participate in incident investigations
• Ensure all employees are trained on emergency procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a safety management role
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• First aid and CPR certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
