Safety Manager

What You Bring

• A minimum of 15 years of safety experience, ideally on transportation megaprojects.
• Expert knowledge of OR/WA state and federal safety regulations (ODOT, WSDOT, OSHA).
• Certification as a CSP or ASP is highly desired.
• Proven ability to manage safety procedures from the environmental phase through construction.
• A knack for engaging with regulatory agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to foster partnership and compliance.

You won't just follow rules; you'll write the playbook. You will directly protect lives, minimize risk, and safeguard the project's reputation and schedule by developing, implementing, and enforcing our core safety plans (HASP, SSHASP, HSTP).
