Safety Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee safety operations on site to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Minimize workplace injuries by developing comprehensive safety plans.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Lead regular safety training and toolbox talks for field personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety compliance.
- Foster a proactive safety culture across the entire project workforce.
Essential Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in construction safety.
- Experience in ground-up construction and working from heights.
- CHST/CSP certification.
- Field-oriented with experience working with trades.
- Autonomy and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of commercial interiors and steel erection.
- OSHA 30 certification or higher.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with steel erection.
- Understanding of rules and regulations for trade partners.
- Knowledge of commercial interior projects.
Work Environment
- Working from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST with minimal weekend expectations.
- Based out of an office trailer on site and may work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- The Safety Manager will oversee a significant ground-up construction project of approximately 300,000 square feet and may involve overseeing 1-3 year Project Engineers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $76.92/hr.
