We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. We need to extract content from posting. First, there is introductory paragraph about Manhattan (Why Manhattan?). That's not part of job description but could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for description of role. The intro about Manhattan could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. The posting includes "Why Manhattan?" then description of company culture. Then "POSITION SUMMARY: The Safety Manager 2 is responsible..." then "MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:" then "JOB SKILLS & ABILITIES GUIDELINES:" then "MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:" then "WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORTS:" then "About Manhattan" (company description). Then recruiter notice. We need to remove boilerplate: recruiter notice, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions like "If Manhattan sounds like the place for you, share your resume with us!" and "Check out the details in our Career Development Booklet on our website: www.manhattanconstructioncareers.com". Also remove "Attention All Third-Party Agencies..." etc. We must preserve substantive info. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (position summary), "Responsibilities" (major duties), "Requirements" (maybe combine qualifications and skills?), "Qualifications" (minimum qualifications), "Skills" (job skills & abilities), "Benefits" (maybe from intro about benefits: competitive pay and benefits, professional development, etc). "Pay" (maybe not explicit numbers, but they said "Competitive pay and benefits." That's vague; we should not create Pay section if only generic "competitive pay". The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive pay and benefits." That's a statement about pay and benefits, but not specific numbers. Is that enough? The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive pay and benefits" is not a placeholder like "commensurate with experience"? It's vague but still states they offer competitive pay and benefits. I'd say it's acceptable to include Benefits and maybe Pay? However they said "Competitive pay and benefits." Could treat as Benefits section (since benefits mentioned). Pay not specified beyond "competitive pay". Might be considered placeholder? I'd avoid Pay section unless explicit numbers. Benefits we can include: "Competitive pay and benefits. A positive, friendly, and team-oriented workplace with caring leadership. Professional development and leadership programs. To work on exciting projects for your community. Security and stability working for a financially strong company. More opportunities to grow your career through our multiple U.S. office locations and affiliated companies." That's from the intro. Also "Check out the details in our Career Development Booklet..." is application instruction, remove. Thus sections: - About the role (position summary) - Responsibilities (major duties) - Requirements (maybe combine qualifications? but we have separate Qualifications and Skills; we could have Qualifications (minimum qualifications) and Skills (job skills & abilities). Requirements maybe not needed. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Qualifications (minimum qualifications) and Skills (job skills & abilities). Also we have "About Manhattan" company description; maybe that could be "About the role"? Not exactly. Could be "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those. Thus: - About the role: position summary (maybe also include why Manhattan? but that's more about company). We'll put position summary there. - Responsibilities: major duties & responsibilities. - Qualifications: minimum qualifications. - Skills: job skills & abilities guidelines. - Benefits: from intro about competitive pay and benefits, etc. We might also include Requirements? Could combine qualifications and skills but we already have separate. Could omit Requirements if no distinct content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include metadata like Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. HTML:

We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed recruiter notice, application instructions, etc. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading: we didn't. Check that we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience": none. Check that we preserved all substantive info: we included position summary, duties, qualifications, skills, benefits. We omitted some details like "About Manhattan" company description (founded 1896, etc). That is substantive but not covered by allowed headings. Could we put that under "About the role"? Might be okay to include as part of About the role? But the instruction says About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It didn't forbid adding extra info there. However "About the role" is meant for role description; company description could be considered extra but still relevant. Might be better to include a short paragraph under About the role after position summary? But we already used About the role for position summary. Could we add a second paragraph under same heading about Manhattan? That would be okay: still under About the role heading, we can have multiple paragraphs. Let's add a paragraph about Manhattan after the position summary. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: position summary and company overview. Let's adjust. Also we might include "Why Manhattan?" content as part of About the role. Let's craft About the role:

About the role

The Safety Manager 2 is responsible for enforcing company safety, health, and environmental policies. This role oversees, leads, directs, and enforces safety and work practices on construction projects to identify, eliminate, and control hazardous conditions that may lead to injury and/or property damage using job specific safety standards, best management practices and injury free environment techniques.

Manhattan Construction Company is a family of builders committed to developing teams who do the right thing for our projects, our clients, and each other. We offer large company benefits and professional development opportunities with the care and concern of a family-owned business. At Manhattan, you get: Competitive pay and benefits. A positive, friendly, and team-oriented workplace with caring leadership. Professional development and leadership programs. To work on exciting projects for your community. Security and stability working for a financially strong company. More opportunities to grow your career through our multiple U.S. office locations and affiliated companies.

But note that the benefits list is duplicated; we already have Benefits section. Might be redundant but okay to keep in About the role as description; but we might avoid duplication. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; not to invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay as long as we preserve. But we could keep the company description separate from benefits. The benefits list is part of the "At Manhattan, you get:" which is basically benefits. We could keep that in About the role and also have Benefits section; but that duplicates. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. However we could split: About the role includes position summary and company overview (founded, etc). Benefits section includes the list of benefits. Let's see the company overview: "Why Manhattan? Manhattan Construction Company is a family of builders committed to developing teams who do the right thing for our projects, our clients, and each other. Every year, we celebrate team members who have been with the company for 10, 20, 30, and even 40-plus years. What is it about Manhattan that makes people stick around for decades? We offer large company benefits and professional development opportunities with the care and concern of a family-owned business." That's more about culture. Thus we can put that in About the role after position summary. Let's extract: "Why Manhattan? Manhattan Construction Company is a family of builders committed to developing teams who do the right thing for our projects, our clients, and each other. Every year, we celebrate team members who have been with the company for 10, 20, 30, and even 40-plus years
