Responsibilities
- Manage, plan and implement regional level environmental, health and safety programs and systems to assure due diligence of regulatory and internal company expectations at multiple locations within respective geographical area
- Responsible for the development and performance of GXO Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and systems, KPI monitoring/trending/reporting, scheduling and executing EHS program audits and inspections, embedding best in class EHS practices, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance reporting and supporting operation emission reduction initiatives
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Site and Zone EHS professionals to embed and validate EHS culture, expectations, processes, and procedures to successfully achieve GXO and customer EHS performance objectives and target and create business value
- Ensure Regional site processes, documentation and training related to handling, storage and transportation of dangerous goods is accurate and up to date
