About the role
The Safety Director oversees all safety protocols and initiatives within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all safety protocols and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Develop and implement safety training programs
- Respond to and investigate workplace accidents and incidents
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to improve overall workplace safety
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
Qualifications
- Proven track record of reducing workplace injuries and improving safety culture
- Experience in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
- $75,000 - $85,000 annually
