Safety Director

About the role

We are a Family Owned, top Commercial Construction companies, that has been around for over 60 years. We have established ourselves with our strong client relationships & a strong, experienced leadership team. With that in mind, we are in need of adding an experienced Safety Director to our team to lead and manage our safety program for construction projects across CT & NY.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain company wide safety policies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections
• Lead safety meetings & employee training programs
• Maintain safety records, reports, & documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction safety experience
• Strong OSHA knowledge
• Experience conducting safety inspections
