About the Role

We're looking for a Safety Project Manager with strong technical expertise in occupational safety who can confidently lead projects through SevenGen's Proven Process. You'll partner with clients to solve complex workplace safety challenges while delivering projects on scope, on budget, and on schedule.

Safety projects don't succeed on effort alone. They succeed when someone has the technical judgment to understand risk, the discipline to manage scope and budgets, and the leadership to align people toward a successful outcome. At SevenGen, the Safety Project Manager is that person. In this role, you'll combine technical safety expertise with project leadership to guide consulting projects from kickoff through final deliverables. You'll partner with clients to solve complex workplace safety challenges, lead projects through SevenGen's Proven Process, and ensure every engagement is delivered with clarity, quality, and exceptional service.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

  • Lead meaningful safety consulting projects across a diverse range of manufacturing and industrial environments.
  • Combine technical expertise with project leadership and client partnership.
  • Work alongside experienced Certified Safety Professionals, Industrial Hygienists, and Project Managers who enjoy sharing knowledge and developing one another.
  • Build long-term client relationships by becoming a trusted advisor, not simply a consultant.
  • Continue growing your technical expertise through meaningful project work, mentorship, and professional development.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of Safety Professionals, Industrial Hygienists, Project Managers, Account Managers, and technical leaders who are committed to helping one another succeed. You’ll partner closely with clients throughout every stage of the project lifecycle while collaborating internally with Business Development, Operations, and fellow technical experts to deliver exceptional outcomes. You’ll independently lead projects while always having the support of an experienced team behind you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safety consulting projects through SevenGen's Proven Process, ensuring projects remain on scope, on budget, and on schedule.
  • Conduct safety assessments, audits, and program evaluations across manufacturing and industrial environments.
  • Evaluate workplace hazards and develop practical, defensible recommendations that improve worker safety while supporting operational success.
  • Interpret OSHA regulations and industry best practices to help clients navigate complex compliance and risk management challenges.
  • Prepare clear, concise technical reports, written programs, procedures, and recommendations that translate technical findings into actionable solutions.
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
  • Support and coach junior consultants by sharing technical knowledge, project management best practices, and consulting skills.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Project Managers, and technical teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project quality, strengthen internal processes, and elevate the client experience.
  • Represent the SevenGen brand through professionalism, technical excellence, and a genuine commitment to protecting people and the environment.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you’ll be someone who:

  • Successfully leads multiple consulting projects with confidence and consistency.
  • Is recognized by clients as a trusted advisor who delivers practical, high-quality safety solutions.
  • Delivers projects that consistently meet expectations for quality, schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Supports and develops junior consultants through coaching, collaboration, and technical guidance.
  • Represents SevenGen's values through exceptional service, teamwork, and technical excellence.
