Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and sampling events to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Enforce safety regulations and organizational safety procedures.
- Provide safety training and education to employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions; recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of safety incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Review and update safety policies and prepare reports for management.
- Cook up emergency procedures, drills, and response plans.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and local authorities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in safety management, environmental science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in safety compliance, risk management, or a related field with demonstrated responsibility for regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $67,000–$70,000, depending on qualifications.
