About the role
We are hiring Forklift Technicians to join our team at Southern States Toyotalift.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Complete service calls and work orders efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience as a forklift technician or in a similar mechanical role
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal technical training or certification in forklift repair or related field is a plus
