Safety & Security Officer
Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) seeks a Safety & Security Officer to assist in providing memorable vacation experiences and events for Owners/guests. The role includes patrols, first aid administration, security monitoring, incident response, and guest interaction.
Responsibilities
- Patrols all areas of the property by foot or vehicle using specified equipment (flashlight, high visibility jacket).
- Administers first aid/CPR to Owners/guests or associates as required.
- Ensures Owner/guest and meeting rooms are secure and assists with room access.
- Maintains closed circuit televisions (CCTV), perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
- Responds to accidents and disturbances, defusing altercations as needed.
- Handles lost and found items, logs, and returns them.
- Utilizes computer systems, prepares and reviews documents, and answers phones using proper etiquette.
- Maintains compliance with OSHA and FLS regulations to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Valid DL and Hawaii Guard Card License.

Qualifications
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Standing, sitting, walking for extended periods.
- Overhead and below-the-knee bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
