The Safety and Security Manager coordinates Security Supervisors and Security Officers in day-to-day operations, maintains department standards with supervisors and line-level Hosts, and ensures all departmental roles and responsibilities are carried out by assigned members. The role requires extensive knowledge of departmental policy and procedures, operations, and a thorough knowledge of the Hawaii Guard Card laws.
Responsibilities
- Train each security officer in their job role and duties.
- Ensure both Guest and Host Safety through routine patrols, comprehensive investigations, and thorough report writing.
- Oversee Security Supervisors and Security Officers to maintain department standards.
- Ensure all weekly, monthly, and yearly audits are performed.
- Support the General Manager and/or Resort Manager in any assigned duties regarding operations.
- Strive to build exceptional partnerships through awareness and proactivity, aiming to be best in class.

Pay
$75k - $85k, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience, and/or education.
